  From February 26 to 28, 2026, a transformative journey of unity and renewed purpose came to a successful close in the springtime. Organized by Aokewei, the 2026 corporate training program was themed “Honoring the Past with Heart, Shaping the Future with Love,” enabling every participant to gain insights through experience and grow through reflection.

  This training session proudly features the renowned Coach Sang, whose profound professional expertise and insightful industry perspectives have delivered a captivating experience that seamlessly blends theory with practical application.

PART.01

Breaking the Ice and Ushering in a New Beginning: From “I” to “We”

  During the auction, each bid was like a silent vote for the team’s core values. When the “Win-Win” card was finally won by the “Virtual Fund of 1 Million,” the room erupted in enthusiastic applause. Those cards, each inscribed with key words, ultimately became the bridge that connected individual goals with the team’s shared vision, gradually weaving “my” choices into “our” collective pursuit.

  Immediately afterward, during the team-formation phase, each group quickly bonded, showcasing the unique energy and seamless synergy of the Aokewei team through creatively designed team names, logos, and slogans. As each team’s banner was proudly hoisted high in the center of the field and powerful chants echoed through the air, the once-dispersed individuals seemed to be drawn together by an invisible force, coalescing into an unstoppable collective strength that laid a solid foundation for the challenges ahead.

In-Depth Exploration: Self-Awareness, Empowering Collaboration

  During the adversity assessment, each participant meticulously completed the professional evaluation of their resilience scores. As the results were revealed one by one, some reflected thoughtfully, while others suddenly realized key insights, gaining a clearer understanding of their own coping patterns under pressure, their inherent strengths, and areas for improvement. More importantly, through sharing and interpreting each other’s test results, participants discovered the complementary nature of their respective personality traits and capabilities.

  During the high-altitude challenge, when one team member froze in fear while climbing at great height, his teammates on the ground didn’t urge him to hurry. Instead, they called out his name in unison, their voices blending into a warm yet unwavering chorus of encouragement: “You can do it!” and “We believe in you!” In the end, spurred on by their support, he took a bold leap and grasped the horizontal bar with both hands. The moment he landed, the entire team erupted in applause, mingling sweat and tears—tears of relief after pushing past his own limits, and tears of profound gratitude for the power of teamwork.

  As the team tackled the wall-climbing challenge, the two captains stepped up first, taking the lead and directing the effort. When the team repeatedly failed to complete the task, they voluntarily accepted the penalty, deeply moving every member and bringing tears to their eyes. The taller teammates willingly volunteered to serve as “human ladders,” using their strong shoulders to lift one comrade after another upward; those on top reached out to pull, while those at the base worked to steady the foundation of the human ladder. Everyone gave their all in their respective roles, without a single complaint—and not a single person backed down. When the last team member finally made it over, everyone raised their arms in triumph and cheered.

Warm Companionship: Moving Toward the Future with Gratitude

  Through genuine interaction, we let down our guard, embrace one another to convey warmth, and use open communication to bridge divides, allowing trust to take root and flourish in each other’s hearts. During the vision-collage activity, participants used magazine clippings to create a vivid depiction of what they hope to achieve at the company over the next three to five years; each piece is imbued with their passion for their careers and their aspirations for the future.

  During the Blue Ribbon Recognition segment, leaders presented employees with blue ribbons—symbols of recognition and gratitude—expressing their appreciation for walking this journey together. Following that, everyone also tied blue ribbons around the necks of our “family leaders”—General Manager Xu and General Manager Yang—to convey their heartfelt respect.

 

 

 

  As leaders, Mr. Xu and Mr. Yang personally presented awards to employees who have been with the company for more than ten years, recognizing their long-standing commitment and fostering a culture of gratitude and legacy. At the same time, trainers and teaching assistants were also honored with special accolades in recognition of their dedicated efforts. Finally, the outstanding teams took the stage to receive their well-deserved recognition, bringing this enriching training program to a successful close.

 

 

 

 

 

  This training is not merely a boost to our capabilities—it is, above all, a cleansing of the soul. Through immersive experiences, we have bonded as a team and grown through profound reflection. Armed with this strength and unwavering passion, we will now embark on the next chapter of our journey at Aokewei.
